云序运动隐私政策
云序运动（以下简称“本应用”）尊重并保护用户隐私。本隐私政策旨在说明本应用如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的信息，以及您享有的相关权利。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读本政策。
一、我们收集的信息
本应用是体育运动记录工具。当前版本不提供账号注册、云端同步、社交登录、广告投放或定位功能。您在本应用中录入的信息主要保存在您的设备本地。
- 运动记录信息：包括运动类型、运动时长、消耗卡路里、运动次数、日期、历史记录、每日/每周运动目标、运动打卡记录和连续打卡天数。
- 身体数据：包括体重、身高、腰围，以及根据体重和身高自动计算的健康指数和健康级别。健康指数仅用于一般记录和趋势查看，不构成医疗、诊断或健康治疗建议。
- 个人资料：包括您主动填写的昵称、选择的头像图片路径和语言偏好设置。
- 相册权限：当您更换头像时，本应用会请求访问相册或图片的权限，仅用于让您从本机相册中选择头像。本应用不会主动扫描、上传或共享您的相册内容。
- 本地设备数据：本应用可能使用系统提供的本地存储能力保存上述数据。当前版本不会主动收集唯一设备标识符、IP 地址、精确位置或通讯录等信息。
二、我们如何使用信息
我们使用上述信息用于以下目的：
- 记录、展示和管理您的运动历史；
- 统计当日运动时长、本周运动总时长和累计运动天数；
- 保存每日/每周运动目标，并在完成后显示完成状态；
- 记录每日打卡并计算连续打卡天数；
- 记录身体数据，展示简单趋势和健康指数；
- 保存昵称、头像和语言偏好，提供更符合您使用习惯的体验。
三、信息的存储
当前版本中，您的运动记录、目标、打卡、身体数据、昵称、头像路径和语言设置主要存储在您的设备本地。本应用当前不将这些数据上传至服务器，也不进行云端同步。
如果您卸载本应用、清除应用数据、更换设备或系统清理本地数据，相关记录可能会被删除且无法恢复。
四、权限说明
- iOS 照片图库权限：用于选择并更新头像。
您可以在系统设置中关闭相册权限。关闭后，您仍可使用运动记录、统计、目标、打卡和身体数据等核心功能，但可能无法更换头像。
五、信息的共享与披露
当前版本不包含广告 SDK、第三方统计分析 SDK、第三方账号登录或云存储服务。我们不会出售、出租或交换您的个人信息。
在以下情况下，我们可能依法处理或披露必要信息：
- 获得您的明确同意；
- 为遵守法律法规、司法程序、行政机关或监管机构的合法要求；
- 为保护用户、开发者或公众的合法权益且在法律允许范围内。
六、信息安全
我们会采取合理措施保护您的信息安全，避免未经授权的访问、丢失、滥用或泄露。但请理解，任何电子存储或设备环境都无法保证绝对安全。请您妥善保管自己的设备和系统账号。
七、您的权利
您可以在本应用内查看、修改、删除相关运动记录，并可通过系统设置管理相册权限。您也可以通过清除应用数据或卸载应用删除本地保存的信息。

八、儿童隐私
本应用不专门面向13周岁以下儿童。若您是未成年人，请在监护人同意和指导下使用本应用。若我们发现误收集儿童个人信息，将在合理范围内及时删除。

当前版本不接入广告、数据分析、社交登录或位置服务等第三方 SDK。本应用使用 Flutter 及相关插件实现本地存储、相册选择和权限申请等基础功能，这些功能主要在您的设备本地运行。
如果未来版本接入第三方服务，我们会在隐私政策中更新相关说明，并在必要时征得您的授权。

我们可能会根据产品功能、法律法规或运营情况更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在本应用或相关页面发布后生效。若涉及重大变更，我们会通过合理方式提示您。

Yunxu Sport (“the App”, “we”, or “us”) respects and protects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used and stored, and what choices and rights you have. Please read this Policy carefully before using the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App is a sports activity tracking tool. The current version does not provide account registration, cloud sync, social login, advertising, or location-based features. Information you enter in the App is mainly stored locally on your device.
- Workout records: sport type, workout duration, calories burned, session count, date, history records, daily/weekly goals, daily check-ins, and check-in streaks.
- Body data: weight, height, waist measurement, and the health index and health level automatically calculated from weight and height. The health index is provided only for general recording and trend viewing. It is not medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.
- Profile information: nickname, selected avatar image path, and language preference that you choose to provide.
- Photo library permission: when you change your avatar, the App requests permission to access photos or images only so you can select an avatar from your device. The App does not proactively scan, upload, or share your photo library content.
- Local device data: the App may use system-provided local storage to save the information listed above. The current version does not proactively collect unique device identifiers, IP addresses, precise location, contacts, or similar information.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- record, display, and manage your workout history;
- show statistics such as today’s workout duration, this week’s total duration, and total active days;
- save daily and weekly workout goals and show completion status;
- record daily check-ins and calculate check-in streaks;
- record body data and show simple trends and health index information;
- save your nickname, avatar, and language preference to provide a more personalized experience.
3. Storage of Information
In the current version, your workout records, goals, check-ins, body data, nickname, avatar path, and language settings are mainly stored locally on your device. The App currently does not upload this data to a server or sync it to the cloud.
If you uninstall the App, clear App data, switch devices, or your system removes local data, your records may be deleted and may not be recoverable.
4. Permissions
- iOS Photo Library permission: used to select and update your avatar.
You can disable photo access in your system settings. If disabled, you can still use core features such as workout tracking, statistics, goals, check-ins, and body data, but you may not be able to change your avatar.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
The current version does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, third-party account login, or cloud storage services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may process or disclose necessary information only in the following circumstances:
- with your explicit consent;
- to comply with applicable laws, legal proceedings, governmental requests, or regulatory requirements;
- to protect the lawful rights and interests of users, developers, or the public, where permitted by law.
6. Information Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no electronic storage or device environment can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Please keep your device and system account secure.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You can view, edit, and delete workout records in the App, and you can manage photo access permissions through your system settings. You may also delete locally stored App information by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.

8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. If you are a minor, please use the App with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. If we discover that children’s personal information has been collected by mistake, we will delete it within a reasonable scope.
9. Third-Party Services
The current version does not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, social login, or location services. The App uses Flutter and related plugins to provide basic functions such as local storage, photo selection, and permission requests, which primarily operate locally on your device.
If future versions integrate third-party services, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and request your authorization where required.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. The updated Policy will become effective when published in the App or on the relevant page. If there are material changes, we will notify you in a reasonable manner.
